What You'll Be Doing

• Provide premium, tailored solutions based on customer needs—never a one-size-fits-all pitch
• Educate prospects on the GarageExperts difference: premium materials, expert installation, and lifetime warranties
• Quickly and professionally follow up on leads—both company-provided and self-generated
• Actively pursue commercial partnerships and referral networks to drive consistent lead flow
• Own the sales process from consultation to close, and follow through after installation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a CRM pipeline, follow up with open estimates, and close decisively
• Attend networking groups, home shows, and industry events to build visibility and authority in your territory

You're a Fit If You...

• Thrive in high-end residential or commercial sales environments
• Know how to sell on value , not price
• Are a hunter who actively seeks opportunities and loves building your own book of business
• Understand how to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
• Communicate professionally and confidently—both in-person and over the phone
• Are organized, self-driven, and coachable
• Have strong tech skills (CRM, tablets, email follow-up, etc.)
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Residential remodeling or home improvement
• Selling luxury products or services
• Flooring, cabinetry, organization systems, or interior design
• Commercial B2B sales, partnerships, or referral network building
