Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Investment Scouts to identify, evaluate, and introduce high-quality investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is an independent contractor role . Strategic Investment Scouts operate autonomously through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Scouts:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary deals

• Connect directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already positioned near deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked dealmakers.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Once activated, Strategic Investment Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts manage financial modeling)

Note: Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Deal Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Earnings are success-based only

• Typical deal-based compensation ranges from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Payments occur after deal closure and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout role

• No cap on earnings for consistent, high-quality deal flow

How Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Strategic Investment Scout application with background details

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to our network

All introductions occur through curated, platform-driven channels —no cold applying or blind pitching.
