About the Role:
Out of Court Solutions Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Part-time Divorce Mediator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a rewarding opportunity to help families navigate life transitions with dignity and resolution — outside the courtroom. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate neutral, structured mediation sessions between divorcing parties
• Guide clients through negotiation of asset division, allocation of debts, and any child custody, spousal support, and parenting issues
• Draft and prepare mediation agreements and settlement documents
• Maintain detailed case notes and confidential client records
• Educate parties on the mediation process, legal options, and dispute resolution strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in divorce, family, or civil mediation strongly preferred
• Formal mediation training or certification (e.g., Arizona Supreme Court certified mediator)
• Background in family law, social work, psychological counseling, or a related field is a plus
• Exceptional active listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain neutral, empathetic, and composed in high-emotion situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Familiarity with Arizona family law statutes and divorce proceedings preferred
