Role Overview
Investment Partners at Initio Capital are experienced investors or operators who actively shape capital allocation, founder selection, and company formation.
This is not a passive LP role and not a traditional GP seat .
Investment Partners operate with real influence , real accountability, and real upside.
What You’ll DoInvestment Decision-MakingEvaluate founders, markets, and execution plans.
Participate in investment committee-style discussions.
Help shape conviction and sizing.
Work directly with founders at formation or early scale.
Provide strategic input across GTM, hiring, fundraising, or product.
Act as a long-term partner, not transactional capital.
Help refine Initio’s investment theses.
Contribute to ecosystem growth and quality.
Mentor scouts, founders, or studio teams where relevant.
Former founder, senior operator, or experienced investor.
Strong pattern recognition and judgment.
Values ownership, leverage, and long-term equity creation.
