Elevare Branding is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events.

In this role, you will work closely with the events and operations team to help ensure each event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in an energetic environment where priorities may change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and coordination of events.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, supplies, and event-related logistics.
• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, vendors, and event participants.
• Help maintain organized event documentation, schedules, and checklists.
• Assist with venue preparation and ensure event areas meet company standards.
• Provide on-site support to help events operate efficiently.
• Monitor event details and quickly communicate any changes or operational needs.
• Assist with inventory, promotional materials, displays, and event equipment.
• Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks related to upcoming events.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing Elevare Branding.
